New Years Eve 2007

J and I are heading out to Adam Acosta's to celebrate the new year tonight. Of course we're bringing along our "Big Butt Dip", recipe courtesy of a certain Mrs. Sherry Segna.

Moms and Whit left this morning for Upland and made it home safe, thankfully. It's always hard to say goodbye to my Mom and sister, especially when I don't get to see them that often. After the year that Jade and I had in 2007 (and we thought 2006 was tough), it's really made us appreciate the little things and realize that homes, fakers and jobs don't matter or define who you are. You define who you are and the people you surround yourself with determine what life experiences head your way.

That saying "a train ride is the perfect association for life" is true. People get on, people get off, some way before you want them to, but ultimately your ride continues until it is time to end.
